Khai Bao Auction Partnership Company is responsible for receiving and handling complaints from property owners, auction participants and other individuals and organizations related to auctions organized by Khai Bao Auction Partnership Company.

The process of receiving and handling complaints and disputes is carried out as follows:

Step 2: The complaint-receiving department of Khai Bao Auction Partnership Company will: contact the customer again to clarify the requirements, at the same time confirm the incident and will notify the customer as soon as possible (no more than 5 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint).

Step 3: Khai Bao Auction Partnership Company has the right to request customers to provide information and evidence related to the auction organized by Khai Bao Gia Partnership Auction Company to verify and clarify the facts, then there is a suitable solution.

Step 4: The settlement of complaints and disputes shall comply with the provisions of the Civil Code, the Law on Property Auction, the Commercial Law and relevant laws. The parties themselves settle with each other on the basis of asset auction service contracts, asset purchase and sale contracts, and auctions on a voluntary basis and respecting each other’s interests. If it cannot be resolved by agreement, the parties have the right to sue a competent court for settlement.
